Tax reduction
HAPPY BENJI association : forward, walk ! being recognized of general interest, your donations are tax -deductible (tax receipts), up to 20% of taxable income for individuals and 60% of the amount of the gift for businesses. It is a nonprofit organization.
Focus on cross-border donations TGE
The network Transnational Giving Europe (TGE) makes it possible to make a donation to European associations and to benefit from tax reductions ( « Perch » C-318/07 of 27 January 2009).
This partnership of foundations and associations allows donors (corporations and individuals), resident and taxed in one of the countries covered by the network, to provide financial support to non-profit organizations in other member countries while benefiting directly from the tax benefits provided by the legislation of their country of residence. TGE is operational for donations from and to Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Romania, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
TGE combines efficient cross-border taxation, a reliable framework and quality control of beneficiaries.
To date, however, it should be noted that TGE is limited to donations by individuals and corporations, but does not cover, for example, bequests or donations of buildings.
